Job Description

We’ll trust you to:

  • Develop and refine project plans with scope, milestones, schedules, and resources
  • Have a solid understanding of development life cycle as well as expert knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles and practices
  • Create roadmaps to deliver business objectives by working with key Product Managers, Stakeholders and multiple cross functional agile teams
  • Manage and track changes to scope, priorities, schedules and resources
  • Hold teams accountable for delivery and consistently following an agile mindset to meet product roadmap initiatives and milestones
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders for regular status updates, through disciplined documentation, extreme attention to detail, accurate reporting and thoughtful escalations
  • Interact with and influence teams to deliver, demonstrate strong leadership and engagement across business and technology teams
  • Lead agile events to ensure milestones and results are met and dependencies are delivered; help identify and mitigate any potential issues that may impact the deliverables
  • Manage the progress of the projects ensuring an on schedule delivery
  • Effectively adapt and manage change of the projects, ensure project and milestone commitments are tracked
  •  
    You’ll need to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant document experience
  • 5+ years of experience carrying out project management initiatives for complex, global organisations
  • Excellent leadership skills with an ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; influence stakeholders in written and oral communications and able to work effectively at key levels of the organisation
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA, Visio, MS Project and all Office tools

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Information, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Proven consultative and collaboration skills with leaders and cross functional partners and work with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in large and complex corporate environments running technology and process change efforts to include wide range of initiatives such as system implementations, upgrades, process redesign, productivity tools, organisational change, individual and team performance improvement and effectiveness
  • Experience in full lifecycle of project management for large-scale ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce.com)
