Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure all parties on track with project objectives, deadlines and schedule.
- Ensure strong communication with project stakeholders (internal/External) by establishing effective project communication plans.
- Monitor and control the project progress and implement a change management process to handle scope changers.
- Oversee project risks, budgeting, scope management, resource management and other management aspects of the project.
- Ensure project management methodologies, delivery guidelines are followed.
- Liaise with senior management and involve in developing and implementing project management best practices to ensure a successful project delivery.
The Profile and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology.
- Professional qualifications preferably PMP / CSM would be an added advantage.
- 4+ years of experience in a project management role.
- Hands-on experience in project management tools such as JIRA
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
- Working with CRUM teams and good understanding on software development process is an advantage.
- Prior experience in handling large-scale projects in financial domain would be a definitive advantage.
- Ability to handle pressure and handle multiple projects parallel is a required skill
