We are looking for an experienced Project Manager interested in making an impact in a Talent Acquisition space evolving with the expectations of our candidates and clients/partners. We are seeking a passionate individual fueled by curiosity, energized by relationships, and motivated to drive continuous improvement that matters. This individual will engage critical thinking skills, have a systems orientation, drive work through partnerships, and hold vendors accountable.

With The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) this individual will establish business processes and integrated technology solutions for a varied set of talent acquisition clients supporting US Professional recruitment across the Enterprise. These businesses encompass studio, parks, entertainment, technical and corporate hiring needs. We’re looking for a talented individual to lead the development of business process and technology solutions that further the client area’s business and functional objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy, Plan, Activate, Advance- Develop project plans for large-scale TA initiatives including full lifecycle from resources, prioritization, timelines, collaboration/stakeholder mgmt, communication, success measurement, and ongoing roadmap and improvement.
  • Impact compelling change and improvement- Facilitate dialogs to shape new processes, identify/optimize solutions, and establish routines that scale and create meaningful impact- efficiencies and experiences.
  • Collaborate and communicate to drive results- Engage in global and cross-functional HR and technology forums to translate concepts from experts into relatable and actionable user stories and business outcomes.
  • Be part of the solution- Show off your curiosity and creative problem solving capabilities to find the possibility in the impossible, connect dots, create a path forward and establish solution recommendations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment organization, Talent Sourcing, Human Resources or a related field
  • Highly developed consultation, communication and project management skills
  • Experience contributing to full lifecycle project execution (design, development, delivery and implementation)
  • Highly advanced ability to investigate, analyze and solve complex problems/issues
  • Proven ability to implement change within an organization, ensuring understanding, participation, and ownership.
  • Self-starter with ability to work with little direction and produce results
  • Prior experience with Recruiting and Pipelining platforms (Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate/Talent Relationship Management) or related HR or Marketing systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management platforms
  • Experience with Workday
  • Vendor management
  • Training content creation and delivery
  • Working within a Matrixed/Enterprise organization

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
