Job Summary:

As the Franchise Operations & Integrated Planning Project Manager, you will have a highly visible role in an agile, complex matrix organization. You will oversee cross-functional partnership and stakeholder management, working with partners in Publishing, Global Product Creation, Games, Integrated Retail, Consumer Marketing, Events, and Communications to apply operational approaches aimed at driving efficiency and organizational effectiveness. You will manage delivery of essential information, the development and implementation of processes and tools, and the oversight and coordination of business deliverables and large-scale events.

Responsibilities:

You Will:

  • Coordinate the annual franchise planning process across brands/franchises, including activities such as: Franchise Plan development and updates, bi-annual franchise strategy updates, and regular internal business updates; work with business leaders and leads (e.g. Finance, HR, Communications) to achieve outcomes.
  • Facilitate the development, coordination, clearance and distribution of cross-franchise presentations, calendars and tools for major events, forums, licensee pitches, and large-scale presentations in partnership with business leaders and leads.
  • Lead franchise governance meetings including agenda development, leading meeting, notes and follow-ups
  • Support the franchise governance structure and processes; partner with the executive sponsors and "governors" to ensure the objectives and outcomes align with the our governance strategy and that decisions, outcomes and follow-ups are communicated out or escalated.
  • Support franchise executives and franchise team with managing calendars, agendas, notes, and follow ups for Franchise Governance meetings.
  • Coordinate content screenings and special presentations, including management of attendee lists, GSS security requests, and reporting.
  • Partner with Sensitive Information Protection and other teams to ensure company IP is securely handled by all partners.
  • Be a central hub and conduit of information for the international territories on routine franchise and governance communication and ad hoc requests.
  • Be the franchise project manager/liaison for all cross-LOB meeting needs
  • Report to the Sr Manager, Franchise & Franchise Operations

Basic Qualifications:

You Have:

  • 5 or more years prior project management experience in a complex organization
  • Strong business acumen and experience partnering with business leaders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent relationship building, interpersonal, and influence skills with clients and colleagues
  • Experience working with all levels in the organization
  • Self-starter, motivated, detail oriented, strong sense of urgency
  • Extremely organized
  • Demonstrated bias towards action with a focus on getting things done and making things happen

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field strongly preferred
