Enterprise Fleet Management is a full-service fleet management company for businesses with mid-size fleets. With 57 fully staffed offices nationwide, EFM supplies cars, light and medium duty trucks and service vehicles to businesses in the United States.

Our team is currently looking to add a Project Manager. 

 

Our office is located at 9315 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63132. Currently, this position will train and work from home as a safety precaution due to COVID -19. When it has been determined that office work is safe to return to, this position will work 10-20% on-site and the remainder from home.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and monitoring activities of one or more project teams involved in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of IT initiatives. This position collaborates with others to define project scope and objectives, identifies required skills and resources for each project team, develops detailed work plans, and provides regular project status to stakeholders. The Project Manager also conducts interim and post-project reviews and conducts quality assurance audits. In addition, this position anticipates and identifies project issues and risks, recommends solutions, and works with senior management to implement solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

 

Authorized to work in the US and will not require sponsorship now or in the future to work

Must reside in St. Louis, MO or surronding counties

Minimum of 5 years project management experience preferably in IT

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or comparable relevant disciplines preferred

Proficient knowledge in project management and project planning

Expert knowledge of application development from planning and inception through implementation and post-production support. (Software Development Life Cycle)

Good knowledge of Microsoft Project preferred

Knowledge of the Agile Development methodology strongly preferred

Experience using JIRA and Confluence preferred

Proficient knowledge in gathering and documentation of business requirements

Proficient knowledge of requirements traceability through the development life cycle

Experience with overseeing and directing testing efforts is a plus
