Responsibilities :

• Scheduling and tracking Agile Release Trains.
• Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings.
• Conducting all Agile Scrum Ceremonies and maintaining Artifacts consistently.
• Action Item follow up from various meetings and gatherings.
• Maintain Jira Dashboards and project backlogs.
• Maintain RAID records and take proactive measures.
• Maintain Risk Registers for Release trains.
• Providing administrative support to Special Projects/Programs.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS/SE or Equivalent.
• 4+ Years of experience in Software Development Industry (Dev, QA, BA, L2 etc.).
• 2 Years of PM/Scrum Master Experience handing multiple teams.
• Experience in G-Suite, Jira, Trello, MS-Project and MS Office Packages.
• A fast learner with soft skills such as EQ, multitasking, time-management, etc.
• Solid Project Management and Agile/Scrum Knowledge is a must.
• PMP/CAPM credentials are required.
• Any certification such as PMI-ACP/CSM/PSM will be an advantage.
• MBA from a recognised university will be beneficial.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Sell motivated individual with Leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
