Job Description
The Project Manager Engineering II manages IP Video Control Operations based planning and projects through collaboration with multiple teams within the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages IP Video Control Operations projects, collaborating with Product Management, Engineering teams, Billing Teams, and Network Teams.
- Coordinates the Intake, Scheduling, and Deployment of Applications.
- Creates, manages, and distributes schedules, meeting agendas, action items, and status reports.
- Collaborates with cross-functional groups through the entire deployment life cycle.
- Communicates effectively (written and verbal) across multiple departments and management levels.
- Drive cross-functional engineering and operations teams to deliver the projects on schedule.
- Drive multiple projects simultaneously and meet project goals and objectives tracking performance, quality, and other metrics.
- Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.
BASIC / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum five (5) years Project Management experience
- Minimum five (5) years work experience in Engineering or Technology field
ADDITIONAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Telecommunications and Operations experience.
- Excellent multi-tasking, negotiation, and personal organizational skills are a requirement.
- Understanding of JIRA, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to build and manage business relationships, and build trust by meeting commitments.
