Due to growth in our Secure Government consulting business, we are recruiting business change and business analysis consultants and those with complementary project management and information assurance skills, too. The key purpose of these roles is to support Capita’s Secure Government clients in solving our nation’s toughest problems and deliver affordable and sustainable change. You will play a fundamental part in identifying requirements, developing solutions and delivering tangible and cost-effective ways of making our National Security clients even more successful. You will work collaboratively to develop combined solutions that are multi-disciplinary, combining consulting rigour with creativity and a digital mindset.
We’re supporting our clients as they adapt to a new world in the wake of COVID-19. We’re now recruiting for roles which will help our clients to deliver vital services and to resume business wherever possible.
What you’ll be doing:
Working with our clients, you will be able to define the scope and business priorities for a range of change requirements independently or as part of a multi-partner team, assisting with input to major business change planning and implementation;
Supporting and sometimes managing and coaching others in the client and consultancy environment to elicit, analyse and record requirements, ensuring consistency whilst adhering to the initiative aims and business objectives;
Delivering comprehensive and challenging analysis of problems using techniques and formats that clients can understand;
Developing creative solutions within the bounds of the resources available to any given initiative;
Engaging skilfully with a wide range of stakeholders of different levels of seniority and clearance;
Facilitating and supporting working-groups, enabling them to develop solutions for their challenges and create meaningful plans for moving forward.
What we are looking for:
Candidates with current DV clearance;
Recruits to our Principal Consultant, Senior Consultant, Consultant and Analyst grades (SFIA5-2);
Experience of working as a Project Manager;
Consultancy experience is desirable, though not compulsory;
Accreditation in your area of domain expertise (e.g. PRINCE2 qualified);
Willingness to play for the team;
Commitment to deliver a hands-on job and practical results.
