YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and management of product development projects from concept to market launch
• Transfer of sensor technologies and research results to series production
• Elaboration and implementation of technical concepts
• Lateral leadership of interdisciplinary project teams
• Responsibility for the success, quality, deadlines and budget of the projects
• Ongoing project controlling and reporting 
• Coordination with internal and external interfaces and stakeholders
• Participation in overarching strategic initiatives
   YOUR PROFILE:

 Completed degree (TU, FH) in the fields of physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification

• Multiple years of practical experience in the development of measurement instruments, preferably in the field of particle or gas measurement technology, process measurement technology
• Broad understanding of mechatronic systems development
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management an advantage
• Experience in the use of agile development methods
• Business fluent spoken and written English
• Hands-on work mentality
