Your Role

The Communications Project Manager will be an integral part of a small and dynamic AM Technology Communications team that plays a highly visible and meaningful role in the communication of timely, relevant and engaging messaging for 1700+ global associates.

You will be part of the excitement of Asset Management Technology as it embraces new platforms and capabilities with an eye on innovation in everything we do.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • You appreciate the impact of clear communications to inform and inspire associates, and the importance of feedback to ensure the associate voice is heard.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing projects and engaging in creative and effective communications.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking coupled with proven communication skills
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem solving skills.
  • Creative ability to produce engaging content for websites, presentations, emails, and digital platform posts.
  • Experience with SharePoint, CMT, Qualtrics and Microsoft Office products.
  • A curiosity about the "big picture" while paying scrupulous attention to accuracy and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team. Willingness to think and work effectively across Fidelity.
  • A fast, curious learner, open to feedback and continual learning.
  • Familiarity with agile and Jira a plus.

The Team:

AM Tech Communications is a collaborative team that works across all domains to support a positive associate experience and a transparent work environment. We work closely with Strategy & Agile Enablement, Agile Coaches, Product/Domain leads and Human Resources to keep associates informed on day to day needs as well as long term strategic initiatives. We are responsible for global meetings, Agile updates, Associate Championship Teams (ACT) activities, and quantitative and qualitative research through surveys and advisory groups. We are also responsible for executive communications.

We connect with associates through multiple channels of engagement – email, websites, Teams, Yammer, and live events.

We enjoy the fast pace and strive to meet a high standard while sharing laughs along the way.
