As a Project, ESG & Agri Financing Officer you will cooperate and coordinate with all other business segments and support functions in order to have an efficient cross-selling. In addition, you will be also involved in assisting product management team for all Long-Term Financing in Corporate area and for Agri – Tourism under EBRD Agreement SE area as well.· Actively involved in the process of approaching new potential clients for Project Financing Deals, ESG Deals Agri-Tourism and Structured Financing, evaluating the proposals, structuring the deals and negotiating with Clients.• Reviewing the background and profile of the prospective clients to determine the suitability for the Bank’s subsequent financing.• Monitors the market and clients’ business / financial / economic performance to take the necessary precautions in case of eventual deterioration of such situation by protecting the Bank’s assets.• Implements ESG approach in lending for Corporate Segment.• Increases awareness within the bank and improve the lending process, procedures and policies and have regular meetings within our stakeholders and inform them on the progress and changes.• Evaluates, negotiates and implements various Programs supported from different parties (i.e Government, Supranational Financial Institutions) and respective alignment with internal Procedures, Manuals and Group Directives) aiming to improve the risk profile and quality of the overall Corporate and SE Portfolio. You need to have:· University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.· At least 2 yrs of working experience in risk or corporate area.· Excellent communication and presentation skills.· Good team player, and able to adapt quickly to a new and dynamic environment.· Practical and analytical skills.· Ability to work under pressure and result oriented.· Good command of spoken and written English.· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
