We are looking for a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our team! This role drives ideation, evaluation, prioritization & implementation of projects related to major equipment modification or installation of new equipment and facilities. This position will lead the projects, from concept to completion and delivery to internal customers. We are looking for an upbeat & hardworking person who loves solving problems and enjoys work in teams.

What you will do:

• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Location: This role supports both our Hill´s Pet Nutrition and Colgate Palmolive business driving inovation. This role must be able to sit in any of our North America Facilities such as our Piscataway, NJ ; Topeka / Emporia, KS; Hodgens,SC; Morristown,TN ; Bowling Green, KY; Richmond, IN offices. And be able to travel and relocate to the onsite implementations

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• At least 3+ years of engineering or operations management position in a factory environment
• Ability to travel and relocate based on projects.
• Planning and project management experience
• Advanced level of the English language (writing/speaking).
• Strong communication and social skills.

• Master's Degree in relevant field
• PMP Certification
