Position Summary

​Project Management & Data Management Intern is a function of the Global Regulatory Operations at Bristol-Myers Squibb’s Global Regulatory Collaboration & Services. As part of optimizing our End-to-End Labeling process in coordination with our stakeholders, this function will support our daily work, ensuring that we achieve compliance with local and BMS regulations and speed for the patients.

Key Responsibilities

• ​Leading Project Management activities, including data management, in collaboration with our stakeholders.
• Leading SharePoint and new technology initiatives (e.g. online surveys, metrics reports, converting Classic sites to Modern SharePoint).
• Supporting the continuous improvement projects of the team.
• Creating job aids and procedural documents in collaboration with our stakeholders.
• Assisting with the labeling tasks of the team and NACC projects.

Qualifications and Experience

​Enrolled in Bachelor’s, Master’s or MBA degree program with minimum GPA 3.0 desired.

Backgrounds include:

• Project and data management experience
• SharePoint experience 
• Procedural document writing experience – preferred
• Scientific background - preferred

Qualifications:

• Must have strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to present ideas, issues, and observations into a clear and useful format, and balance several projects in a fast-paced team environment and work independently. 
• Must have the ability to collect, analyze, and integrate information by leveraging appropriate PC/systems technology including Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint. 
• Ability to speak read and translate Spanish and or Arabic and translate to English is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates must be available for an internship that will run from June 2022- May 2023

• Candidates must be available to be able to commute to the BMS- Tampa, FL location for the year internship (Up to 40 hours per week in summer and up to 20 hours per week in fall & spring)

• Candidates must be actively enrolled in school during the internship with a graduation date of May 2023 or later
