Salary: $40,000 - $50,000

Daily Tasks

  • Modify/Verify job packets for accuracy
  • Enter job packet budgets to Smartsheet Funding
  • Request/Obtain Customer number
  • Reserve job numbers
  • Enter Funding to JDE
  1. Revenue & Cost Budgets
  2. Verify accuracy of info entered
  • Ensure Project plan is UTD

Weekly Tasks

  • Review WIP with PM 
  • Review/Verify Cost posting through Insight
  • Verify Billing information 
  • Prepare invoices 
  1. Progress/Final Invoicing
  • Contact clients for RTI
  • Olive & Cocoa
  • Collections for GMC

Month End

  • Review monthly forecast with PM
  • Make any final corrections needed to close the month

As Needed

  • Job Closures
  • Budget Revisions
  • Support install-partner AP
  • Obtain Invoices if not yet received
  • Invoice coding (if needed)
  • Smartsheet/Other Special Projects
     

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Five years of experience in the construction industry in varying operations support, accounting, administrative and office management roles.
  • Experience with electrical contracting is a plus. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service
