 Our  research seek to find a balance between social development and the long-termprotection of our natural resources.In the Department of Environmental Immunology, we are looking at the earliest possible date for a dedicated Project Coordinator (f/m/x)Working time: 100% (39 hours per week), initially limited to 2 years, anextension is being sought

Your tasks:• 

Support in the establishment of a new large-scale research centreincl. advice on ethics applications and data protection-related matters.• Support in conceptual planning, preparation and implementation in theproject application process• Establishing and maintaining contacts with national and international partners• Event management incl preparation and follow-up of project meetings• Creation and maintenance of websites and presentation material• Social media management

Your profile:• 

Completed studies, doctorate desirable, knowledge in the field ofimmunolog,  paediatrics and/or epidemiology• Extensive experience in project management and project coordination, third-party funding experience an advantage• Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English• Very good user skills of common office applications, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop• Structured and goal-oriented way of working• Flexibility, mobility, sociability, communication skills, organisationaltalent
