Job Description:

As an important member of the Project Delivery Team, the Project Coordinator (PC) provides internal stakeholder support for project teams across Fidelity Investments’ Real Estate Company.  The PC position requires someone who can handle various tasks daily and is highly motivated, organized and ready to work in a professional culture.

• Knowledge of computer applications such as Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook

• Purchase requisition entry

• Invoice entry and reconciliation

• Vendor Management (set up)

• CorpID Entry & ALM management (security badge assignments; CM, Sub-contractor)

• Workfront management for Regional Queues for new project requests

• Maintain all regional project reporting through Workfront

• Ensure that all accounts receivables are maintained at a level not to exceed planned working capital charge as set by corporate finance, the project team and/or the Regional Operations Manager

• Proactively manage project-related issues (financial, vendor management)

• Conduct Daily Huddle and Weekly Regional Deep Dive meetings (Scrum Master style)

• Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all project management technology as required for assigned projects
