Job Description

What will you be doing? 
•    Coordinate offshore team who manage all PO, CRQ, Evenflow & administrative activities for Mobile Services.
•    Escalation point for any issues that arise on offshore activity from vendors / internal stakeholders.
•    Coordinate incoming demand, accurately accept/reject incoming demand and liaise with central demand team.
•    Accurate daily/weekly/monthly tracking of PO demand status.
•    Assist and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting of spend forecasts and actuals.

•    Analytical thinking that enables quick identification of trends, risks and areas of improvement
•    Ability to both influence, and show resolve under pressure from both vendors/suppliers and internal stakeholders
•    Interpersonal skills and cross functional teamwork.
•    Deliver to challenging targets and deadlines
•    Budget management and financial skills
•    SAP purchasing system experience
•    Excellent Excel skills
•    Knowledge of radio/network functionality
