Leadership:
• Provide support and leadership to Delivery teams in the management of individual accounts and programmes
• Responsible for defining the testing and quality assurance strategy and approach for any given programme assigned to
• Leads by example, ‘set the tone’, define the future direction and build teams to achieve it
• Ensure each account / client has an agreed set of Service Measures and Continuous Improvement Plan defined with Client Satisfaction at the forefront of our engagements
• Drive the identification and implementation of Continuous Improvement and share learnings across the wider Capita Testing Services business
• Ensure a single Customer view and drive consistency of delivered quality
• Diligence, Accuracy and Attention to Detail
Relationship Management:
• Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal management team, sales, resourcing and finance.
• Develop productive relationships with clients and contacts across the Programmes within the Capita business
Team Management:
• Be responsible for the performance of test teams within an assigned programme
• Challenge behaviours and performance when they fall short of acceptable levels
• Empower teams to define innovative solutions, and share their experiences across the wider test practice
