We are looking for a Programme Manager to join our growing Programme & Projects team.

Job Description:

The Programme Manager will be responsible for leading the two largest product developments as the company moves it product offerings to Cloud Based solutions. This will include taking the strategic direction and creating/delivering programmes of work to deliver the expected benefits all within the Capita project management methodologies.

The Programme Manager has the authority to drive their projects on a day-to-day basis, verifying that they produce the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.

 

We are looking for a candidate that is experienced, confident and can hit the ground running, driving innovation within the team as we transition between products and technologies.

What we're looking for:

  • Demonstrate at 5+ years managing & delivering benefits from large projects/programmes

  • Ability to lead major initiatives simultaneously

  • Proven experience in managing senior stakeholders

  • Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones

  • Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders

  • Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes

  • Act as an internal quality control check for the projects

  • Experience with managing Time and Attendance projects an advantage.
