We are looking for an experienced Programme Management Lead to lead a team of specialised programme managers and provide pastoral care and resource management to Multi-Country Programme Managers; we need someone who will ensure they know and understand their responsibilities and have the skills, resources, and support to deliver them, to hold overall strategic coordination of multi-country projects and programmes, and ensure close coordination and clarity of roles and responsibilities with thematic leads and business support functions outside of the Programme Management team.
