ABOUT THE JOB

• Oversee all implementation activities on a multimillion transformation programme working together with different work streams and TUI companies/markets
• Create, install, hand over and coach the use of reporting methods ensuring that changes can be sustained
• Manage the creation of meaningful, accurate and engaging training material for a large audience
• Responsible for managing the overall communication plan and stakeholder management
• Develop a Group Thinking Methodology and Culture
• Facilitate successful Change Management

ABOUT YOU

• Demonstrable experience of defining, and implementing, new ways of working – ideally where organisations have aligned from single to common processes  
• Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
• Solid Project Management experience required
• Excellent communication skills
• Pragmatic approach to Change Management
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills. Any additional language advantageous
