ABOUT THE JOB
- Oversee all implementation activities on a multimillion transformation programme working together with different work streams and TUI companies/markets
- Create, install, hand over and coach the use of reporting methods ensuring that changes can be sustained
- Manage the creation of meaningful, accurate and engaging training material for a large audience
- Responsible for managing the overall communication plan and stakeholder management
- Develop a Group Thinking Methodology and Culture
- Facilitate successful Change Management
ABOUT YOU
- Demonstrable experience of defining, and implementing, new ways of working – ideally where organisations have aligned from single to common processes
- Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Solid Project Management experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Pragmatic approach to Change Management
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills. Any additional language advantageous
