What will you be doing?  

You will lead a Value Stream within our Digital Change team, line manage and coach a small team of Digital Change Specialists and be responsible for analysing, planning and delivering key projects and programmes within a specific growth area for the business. 

You will drive transparency and predictability across projects and programmes using story mapping, delivery plans, burn up charts and value stream maps. You will ensure the wider business is engaged and ready for change implementation, working closely with Product Owners, UX, business and technical colleagues across multiple squads to bring product initiatives to life, ensuring both Business and Technical readiness is delivered.

You will work with stakeholders across the organisation, including Consumer, IT, Finance and Digital and be accountable for the planning and execution of a range of projects in alignment with the Digital Change strategy. You will act as the point of escalation and resolution for digital change in your value stream, and around 50% of your role will involve hands-on delivery. 

Who are we looking for?   

• You will have a strong background in analysing and planning both technical and non-technical change projects/programmes. 
• You will have a solid understanding of Agile change management methodologies. 
• You will have proven experience working in Agile environments, with Agile development teams. 
• You will be proficient in project management methodologies (PRINCE II Practitioner level, SAFe/Agile or equivalent qualification/experience).
• You will have a solid understanding of digital technology through the delivery of Web, App and Ecommerce projects. 
• You will have excellent communication and presentation skills.
