Job Context

Social Marketing Company, a large well-reputed not-for-profit company, involved in implementing health and family planning programs throughout the country, wishes to recruit the following position. The company seeks talented and aspiring candidates who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to reach the goal of SMC. The incumbents will be recruited initially for two years period, which may be extended upon satisfactory performance.

Job Responsibilities

The incumbents will be responsible for field level implementation and monitoring of SMC's Network of private sector Health Providers. She/he will implement field level activities of Blue Star, Green Star and Pink Star program through private sector non-graduate and graduate service providers. She/he will also coordinate other field level program activities and collaborative programs with the partners. She/he will be actively involved in the selection process of the new service providers for the Blue Star, Green Star and Pink Star networks. She/he will also be involved in organizing training sessions and ensuring their required logistics.

Educational Requirements

• Candidates should have a master degree in any discipline preferably in Social Science.

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 35 years
• Age maximum 35 years (however, age may be relaxed for the highly deserving candidate)
• At least 2 years' experience in Family Planning, Maternal and Child health and other important public health issues and/ or sales and marketing of pharmaceutical products. (Experience may be relaxed for deserving candidates)
• Good Computer skills in MS Office application suite.
• Extensive field travel with motorcycle and public transport.
• Must have valid Motorcycle driving license.
• Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
