Job summary
The EMEA Student programs Recruiting Coordinator Program Manager works closely with multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The RC Prog. Mgr is an integral partner in oversight of day-to-day recruiting coordination. This person will support a team of Recruiting Coordinators and will work with Recruiting Managers, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates to ensure success and progression within the hiring process and will be a subject matter expert in scheduling, able to work effectively with internal and external clients, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. As the Program Manager of Recruitment Coordination, the role will be responsible for project coordination, quality assurance and tactical delivery of process improvement initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities:
· Training and coaching a team of dynamic, fast-paced Recruiting Coordinators
· Load balancing, coordinating, and monitoring workload across teams
· Streamlining communications for internal and external audiences
· Coordinate cross-organizational projects to drive process improvements
· Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
· Partnering with Talent Acquisition leaders across EMEA
· Building and managing relationships with supported businesses
· Creating and maintaining reports
· Collecting and interpreting data to drive improved service to customers
· Resolving front-line concerns from recruiting and business partners
· Scheduling on-site and phone interviews as needed
· Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
Basic qualifications

Preferred qualifications
5+ years of program manager, recruiting coordinator, or recruiter experience or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Ability to identify process improvements and make sound recommendations
Ability to identify and resolve issues independently, will take initiative - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
Excellent customer service and bias for action
