The Partnerships team mission is to scale and grow C+L experiences through maintaining relationships across Microsoft and its partner network, ensuring our content and experiences are everywhere our customers are, so as a company we empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more.

 

The Partnerships team is looking for an individual to work with peers in product groups and engineering teams to expand our ability to plan, deliver, and measure the impact of integrated C+L content across all Microsoft products. This person will collaborate with teams worldwide to develop and execute against a plan to integrate content and learning assets into our customers flow-of-work within our Microsoft products to provide a seamless and delightful customer experience. The right candidate is customer obsessed, data driven, is able to work well across organizations, and has a solid understanding of the Microsoft Cloud and Microsoft Products.

You’ll Have Immediate Impact By 

Are you ready to jump in and jump in and drive programs that leverage content experiences to advance our customer’s learning and product adoption journey? We’re looking for someone who: 

  • Understands customer needs and expectations around technical documentation and online training, and can translate these needs into scalable product integration recommendations
  • Create shared accountabilities and plans for content integration across Microsoft product stakeholders and partners
  • Lead strategic org wide content activation through deliberate integration that requires strong partnerships with content, engineering, and product teams
  • Establish consistent frameworks and processes that reduce cost and complexity for partners across Microsoft to integrate and use content
  • Track and report product partners content usage, integration stage, and impact across C+L channels
  • Exchange ideas, data, and feedback across the organization to promote the long-term value of cross-organizational partnership

Qualifications

Qualifications or Equivalent Experience

The successful applicant must have the following experience:   

  • 1-3 years of program/project/product management experience
  • 1-3 years of leading cross-functional and diverse programs at enterprise scale

Additional experiences that are beneficial:    

  • Experience with online content creation and content publishing
  • Experience with a data-driven mindset and ability to experiment, learn, and improve
  • Participation in developer and open source communities
