The scope of facilities and infrastructure E360 supports covers the globe, involves numerous first and third parties and reaches everything from our campus office buildings to customer facing spaces, our data centers, to our partners and Azure.

E360 team is chartered to deliver innovative experiences across our hosted ecosystem. Experiences such as abstracted hybrid provisioning, intelligent manageability, telemetry, advanced security, and OS management, and implementing modern technologies for network, hosting infrastructure and voice service. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure Programs across the portfolio
• Build Program timelines, estimate of level of effort, manage milestones, and course correct Programs to maintain overall schedule/cost/quality by mitigating the program risks.
• Orchestrate planning, communications, testing, and stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Partner with key stakeholders to drive the procurement, installation, configuration, testing, and deployment of IT infrastructure including partnership with key Telecom carriers in the region.
• Deliver the highest levels of connectivity worldwide by providing strategic expertise in our engagement with Telecom Carriers and suppliers.
• Increase reliability of the service through engineering practices, data driven approach, and optimization efforts.
• Expertise to develop plans to avoid supplier risks with good partnership in the regions with limited carrier providers and confined to boundaries.
• Optimize costs, ensure adequate bandwidth for WAN circuits, improve diversity & latency to meet current demands and future growth. Build budget forecast, track spending and billing escalations.
• Tracking WAN Circuit contract renewals and RFPs. Expertise in reviewing and producing MSAs with carriers following enterprise standards. Exposure to circuit management tools (E.g., Calero) would be an added advantage.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and drive ideas to completion.
• Manage deployment of technology upgrades to existing systems and turn up new sites.
• Planning service innovations by exhibiting and employing a product engineering mindset across the team.
• Modernizing the infrastructure capabilities with market research and adopting cutting-edge technologies.
• Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with business, application program managers, ISPs, OEM vendors, Engineering peers and other Microsoft internal partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure management of which at least 5+ years' operating in a complex, multi-system environment as a Program manager.
• Demonstrated track record of leading end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure services and Programs  (planning, budget, procurement, installation, configuration, deployment, contract management etc.)
• Excellent organizational and program management skills.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure and Networking technologies.
• Exposure to Cloud technologies would be an added advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required for preparing clear, concise, and grammatically correct materials and communicating information effectively to others.
• Ability to use various project management methodologies, including agile.
• Solid customer focused; relationship focused pattern of work.
• Ability to create structure from abstract ideas, take initial concepts to full maturity.
• Technically savvy with the ability to solve both technical and non-technical problems.
• BS or MS in computer science, or a related discipline.
