To help us on this transformative charter we need a passionate product manager to join a talented team of product managers, engineers, data scientists, user experience designers. As Product Manager you will be at the forefront of landing exciting solutions that create a seamless and delightful experiences to our discerning and ever-growing user and partner base.

You will have a unique opportunity to shape the modernization roadmap and leverage cloud-at-scale and AI/ML to craft elegant solutions for every step of the customer and partner experience journey. You will have creative encounters with problems encompassing large product catalog, complex business workflows, deal modelling, analytics etc.

In this role, you will:

• Own product planning, feature prioritization and e2e product life-cycle management.
• Own and drive key KPIs and OKRs that have senior leadership level visibility.
• Collaborate extensively with teams across the Commerce ecosystem to drive strategic initiatives and feature work.

Responsibilities

• Passionately represent customers, their scenarios and execute a compelling vision for Commerce experiences.
• Drive customer discussions, engage with advocacy group, imbibe user voice, and transform user insights into feature roadmap.
• Drive engineering agility by enabling engineers to release and measure their changes rapidly with high quality.
• Engage with different stakeholders and partner teams to ensure successful go to market strategy from alpha stage to general availability.
• Finally, you should be able to demonstrate both creativity and the ability to deliver on new ideas.

Qualifications

• Deep customer & user empathy, and ability to identify customer needs.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience and MBA from premium institute is preferred.
• 4+ years of software product management experience, including at least 2 years designing and building enterprise grade products and services.
• Strong interest in customer-facing products with experience in delivering UX transformation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence engineering and partner teams.
• Keen sense of ownership, drive, and entrepreneurial mindset to build trust with internal and externals stakeholders.  
• Exceptional problem solving, strategic thinking and technical acumen.
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environments – looking for a challenge!
