Position Description

Forms and leads cross-functional teams, under minimal supervision, to launch and complete multiple and/or complex new product offering, product change and cost reduction programs.  Manages capital and expense budgets for programs as well as timelines.  Manages all internal and external communications related to program progress.

Job Responsibilities

1. Forms and leads product development teams to complete multiple and/or complex new product offering, product change, and cost reduction programs
2. Adheres to the new product development process
3. Develops and manages capital and expense budgets
4. Develops and monitors project schedules
5. Communicates with internal and external customers regarding program status
6. Evaluates current processes and systems for cost reduction and improvement
7. Prepares and presents information and presentations for management project review meetings
8. Performs other duties assigned

• Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location

Education

Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and experience

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of three years of related experience

Physical & Environmental Requirements

May require travel of a planned or urgent nature, both international and domestic
