The Opportunity

We are growing Adobe’s Risk Advisory Assurance Services ("RAAS") team we are seeking a Program Manager for internal audit operations. You will be responsible for ongoing improvements of audit practices/operations, conducting regular quality assurance for the department, and assist with Enterprise Risk Assessment (“ERM”) activities. You will have the unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to the operations of the department and build close partnerships across the entire organization!

The position is based in San Jose, CA and will report to the Director, Risk Advisory & Assurance Services.

Responsibilities

Design and implement internal programs and lead department operations including the following:

· Serve as the Business Process Owner and SME for audit operations and streamline internal audit process, standards and practices and ensure ongoing improvements.

· Establish a formal training program and conduct ongoing communication and training to the audit team (for new hires and at any time the policies/practices are updated).

· Share key insights with Sr. Management on emerging risks, new guidance/standards/publications, and good practices for our profession.

· Enhance the QAIP program to conduct ongoing quality assurance on audit engagements; plan and manage external QA engagements.

· Establish measurable metrics for ongoing operational activities/audit engagements; automate manual processes and build dashboards in partnership with the GRC team.

· With input from Sr. Management, build and maintain the audit universe, facilitate annual risk assessments and assist in the development and maintenance of the annual Internal Audit plan.

· Build and manage the resource schedule and ensure appropriate resource allocation.

· Coordinate the creation of the Audit Committee materials each quarter; prepare meeting presentations/newsletter and other supporting documentation; prepare other CAE/CFO meeting presentations, as needed.

· Ensure there is regular cadence of follow-up on outstanding management actions and timely implementation of corrective actions; provide quarterly status updates to internal audit leadership.

· Partner with other team members and lead adhoc projects, as needed.

Requirements

Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.

Knowledge & Experience:

· Minimum 5-7 years of related work experience in internal audit and/or risk management.

· Proven knowledge and understanding of audit processes and governance, risk and compliance.

· Experience in using data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

· Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required. SharePoint 2013 experience is helpful.

· Experience with SQL or other programming languages a plus.

· Project Management experience and PMP certification is a plus.

· Strong project management and planning skills; ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

· Outstanding interpersonal, oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to comfortably communicate to all levels of management and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
