Amazon seeks a Program Manager for our middle and last mile logistics business that combines collaborative and analytical skills with an enthusiasm for problem solving on behalf of our customers. In this role, you will contribute as part of a team in our EMEA headquarters to contribute to deliver customer packages faster, more reliably, and at a lower cost.
This individual will work with multiple business and technical teams across the company to develop a new network design, get finance/operations leadership approvals, and partner with external carriers to implement changes effectively and rapidly. We are seeking a leader effective in influencing leadership across retail leadership, customer service operations, technology teams, multiple carrier partners and senior leadership.

• Prior experience making recommendations and decisions based on complex analyses and data
• Prior experience independently delivering short and long term projects
• Proficiency in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA or Master’s degree or equivalent in a business or analytical field
• Prior experience managing highly complex and ambiguous projects requiring strong analytics, fast business judgment and ability to align with stakeholders
• Prior experience in transportation operations, carrier management and transportation systems or in consulting
• Prior full-cycle program experience in a similar industry
• Prior experience collaborating as part of a team and influencing senior leaders
• Prior experience leading and influencing teams that are responsible for managing business operations
• Prior experience using one or more scripting languages – SQL preferred
