Amazon’s European Transportation Network Design team is responsible for getting Amazon packages to customers more reliably, faster, cheaper, and with a lower carbon intensity, while managing to grow the shipped volume by double digit percentages every year.
As a Program Manager for Network Design, you'll drive strategic initiatives and solve recurring problems around delivery quality, speed, cost and carbon across EU . You don't just solve problems once, you build new tools and improve processes to make sure the problems stay solved. This is essential to the scalability of the Amazon Transportation Network.

· You are able to coordinate multiple cross-functional projects in parallel across Tech, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance.

· You can translate strategic directions into a project roadmap and build the resourcing plan to deliver on this roadmap

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Transportation, Mathematics, Physics or other technical field
· 2+ Years of Supply Chain/ Transportation/Project Management/Management Consulting or related experience
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, able to explain complex topics in simple terms
· Strong stakeholder management capabilities
· Demonstrated ability to work in a team
· Customer centric. Must possess strong customer experience judgment
· Proven analytical thinking with a natural tendency to use data in decision-making and prioritization
· Demonstrated attention to detail
· Experience in prioritizing multiple concurrent projects while still delivering timely and accurate results
· Advanced Excel proficiency
· Basic knowledge of SQL (data-independent)
· Advanced knowledge of SQL
· Experience with data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI or equivalent)
