The opportunity

Are you motivated to bring organization to processes, programs and people? Adobe Design Team Operations is seeking an experienced Program Manager to implement and scale recruiting processes and other operational programs. You will have an opportunity to collaborate, deliver results, and directly impact the internal and external hiring experience. We manage business operations and foster community and growth of the Design organization. In this role, you will be a part of a lively, creative organization based in our San Francisco, CA location.

 

What you'll do

  • Enhance and manage scalable and efficient Design recruiting processes with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Organize and lead project status and working meetings with Talent Partners.
  • Partner with Talent Partners on the planning and execution of Design recruiting events to increase diverse talent pipeline and hires.
  • Submit job requisitions to ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Maintain and regularly update job postings on internal wiki and external team website.
  • Manage vendor relationships and onboarding.
  • Submit and track vendor purchase requests/orders.
  • Collaborate with program managers and a wide range of cross functional teams.
  • Balance multiple inputs, priorities and needs.
  • Document process and resources to encourage team adoption.
  • Provide support as needed on larger scale Team Operations projects.
     

What you need to succeed

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting operations and/or program management roles.
  • Experience working with underrepresented communities is strongly preferred.
  • Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across organizations and manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse partners.
  • Good conflict resolution and can influence to gain support.
  • Ability to use discretion in the handling of highly-sensitive, confidential and non-routine information.
  • Versatile and enjoys a challenge: should be comfortable juggling tasks from the mundane to the more strategic.
  • Interest in or knowledge of design or other creative endeavors such as photography, drawing, technology, etc.
