The Program Manager - Operations will be responsible for the performance management of our Amazon Hub products. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners – including Amazon Hub partners, technology, Customer Service and Operations and Business Development counterparts across the EU. The PM must be an absolute owner committed to the ensuring our Customers get the best quality there is, a passionate learner keen to understand every detail on how our products work and always be seeking for ways to improve customer, driver and partner experience and executing on those ideas. The successful candidate must possess outstanding analytical skills to deep dive root causes and obtain data insights, while at the same time have strong interpersonal skills to enable successful interaction across the different stakeholders.
The Program Manager will:
· Own overall quality performance across the different Access Points products
· Become an expert on the Amazon Hub products and drive continuous improvement in performance while the business continues its rapid growth
· Report on daily, weekly, monthly KPIs and projects to senior leadership and partners
· Perform data analysis and develop actionable insights about business performance to drive change
· Manage strategic relationships with internal and external partners
· Identify and execute on opportunities to improve the way we work with partners
· Lead and participate in projects, including new product and feature launches, process improvements, and geographic expansion
· Partner with global counterparts to innovate on behalf of the business and develop best practices
· Develop tools and mechanisms to drive the execution of Driver Support, Customer Service, and our Partners

· Bachelors on Engineering or similar highly numerical studies
· A passion for developing best in class customer delivery experience
· Strong bias for action, with willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done
· An analytical approach to measuring/optimizing performance
· Knowledge of SQL
· Proven ability to influence peers and stakeholders at all levels
· Demonstrable experience working with partners outside your organization
· Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage multiple priorities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Fluent in English
· Advanced Microsoft Excel
· Willingness to travel (20%)
· A first experience in Logistics, ideally in the Last Mile domain
· Knowledge of business process optimization and logistics
