The Surface Transportation Network Development team based in London, is looking for a Program Manager, to drive the development of Performance reporting and Analysis of Network changes impacting the Middle Mile Network. A combination role to drive process improvements and drive Technology developments.
The ideal candidate will be an innovative leader and is energized by working with cross-functional teams. S/he will have a proven track record of succeeding in ambiguous situations. S/he will be comfortable taking risks and learning from business outcomes. S/he will use data to guide decisions and prioritization, and will deliver results that help customers. S/he will have track record of working with product, tech, and operations teams.
To be successful in the role, you need strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, ability to influence across business functions and manage stakeholders’ expectations effectively. You will work in a fast-paced environment that requires you to be detail-oriented and comfortable in working with multiple business and technical teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Development of scalable BI solutions to audit and optimize our transportation network.
· Development and execution of analytical tools to model our transportation network.
· Contribute to the strategy for network design, prioritize technical and operational initiatives, evaluate and set stakeholders expectations.
· Define product roadmaps to achieve business goals, which includes identifying key drivers of product issues and designing solutions that eliminate issues
· Design, develop, and deploy products in partnership with program, product, tech, and science teams
· Work with business stakeholders and tech teams to define needs, build solutions, and measure results
· Clarify and drive short-term and long-term project priorities and commitments, as well as establish and maintain clear chains of project and program management and accountability
· Lead and manage day-to-day program requirements with operations teams and program and product managers
· Plan and conduct product/business reviews and reporting, including program flashes, budgeting, ops optimization
· Report on key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall program and product performance and provide foundation for continuous improvement

· Master’s degree or equivalent in Logistics / Supply Chain / Mathematics / Science / Engineering / Business Development.
· · Experience in data visualization platforms e.g., Tableau, QlikView, QlikSense and PowerBI
· Proficiency in SQL
· Experience in product management that includes building and launching technology-based products
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
· Skilled in building relationships with stakeholders.
· Experience in a fast-paced dynamic sometimes ambiguous environment
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities.
· Demonstrated superior analytical and problem-solving skills
· Demonstrated use of qualitative and quantitative customer feedback to drive successful product strategies and outcomes
· Experience with end-to-end product delivery
· Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
· Experience with feature delivery and trade offs of a product
· Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
