We are looking for an entrepreneurial, creative and passionate Program Manager. The primary responsibility for the Program Manager Learning & Development will be to facilitate and further develop trainings.
As a PM Learning & Development, you must understand our business, culture and mindset. You will have the ability to recognise what support our learners require and be proficient in training the required customer service, operational and technical content. You will work closely with senior stakeholders within the business, putting training at the forefront of business objectives and strategy, acting as the 'go to' expert on all training matters within assigned areas.
Our PMs Learning & Development are passionate about training, and are keen to capture and cascade the habits and practices of successful designers and promote the use of learning solutions including our learning. As part of the training team, you will help manage training projects and coordinate training interventions designed by our learning designers within assigned areas whilst being responsible for identification, design, delivery and full administration of training for your area.
Main Responsibilities:
· Evaluation and reporting on effectiveness of training
· Coordination and management of onboarding training
· Delivering onboarding programmes
· Delivery training
· Monitor learning progress, updating records accordingly
· Collate and share best practice, top tips, knowledge and practical solutions within assigned area
· Input into the creation of E-learning modules, job aids and talk tracks
· Ensure training content and trainer notes are accurate and up to date with business changes
This position involves travel approximately 60% or more across to multiple sites and may require overnight stays as and when required.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, education or other relevant field or 6 + years professional experience
· 4 + years’ experience as Trainer or Learning PM
· Confident, outgoing personality with a real passion for engaging with learners to encourage and support them in their personal development
· Communication and public speaking skills. Excellent presentation abilities are essential.
· Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and ability to adapt and effectively manage change
· Organizational and time management abilities and customer service skills
· An advanced degree or 10 years’ equivalent experience in Business, Education, or some other related field
· Relevant professional certification (e.g. Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP))
· An ability to analyse performance data in order to create relevant training objectives
· Experience using the Microsoft Office suite and a range of different training methods is required
