Amazon is looking for a proactive, results-oriented Program Manager to join the International F3 (AmazonFresh and Prime Now) team. As a part of the F3 Product, Strategy, and Tools team, you will be responsible for helping define and build the products and programs to improve Amazon regional grocery business forecasting and deliver an awesome experience to our customers.
In this role, you will be supporting teams across Europe and International, and will work cross-functionally across business and technology teams to identify and lead customer experience, process, and productivity improvements, with a focus on the tools used by Vendor Managers, Marketing Managers, Instock Managers, and 3P Account Managers to run the business. You will own the S&OP process, report on and improve both the process and the tech tools used in forecasting. You will have regular Director-level visibility and will be responsible for delivering solutions that are scalable, secure, and flexible while maintaining a strong customer focus.
A successful candidate must have a strong track record in stakeholder management, project management, communicating with senior leaders (verbal and written), and delivering results through both influencing other teams and rolling up his/her sleeves to dive deep independently. To thrive in this role, you will need to enjoy the idea of solving new and challenging problems, as well as navigating complex and/or ambiguous situations to relentlessly drive initiatives forward.
This position may involve some travel both within Europe and to the US.
· 3+ years of experience owning and driving end-to-end complex product requirements across multiple technology teams. Able to prioritize complex deliverables, have highly technical discussions, and run large meetings with technical and business leaders.
· Ability to earn trust of engineers as well as product teams and stakeholders
· Good project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying product roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and tracking/reporting status
· Ability to work across multiple teams to create scalable solutions to monitor business performance and interpret key performance metrics into actionable recommendations
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes. Excel skills are required, SQL preferred.
· Excels at delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
· Innovative; loves to challenge status quo and reinvent on behalf of our sellers and customers
· Must demonstrate fluency in English language both written and verbal.
· A proven track record of being an innovative leader, with the ability to identify opportunities and influence organizations to gain support and overcome resistance with data and persuasion.
· Have the ability to utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to work through difficult challenges. Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
· Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
· Proven record of operational excellence and defect reduction.
· High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
· Proficiency in SQL
· Prior experience in business functions (especially Vendor Management, Instock Management, Marketing Management, or Account Management).
