We are seeking a DE-Program Manager, who can help define our future as we expand into the German market. We are looking for an analytical, and strategic person with a passion for TV and movies who thrives in a highly collaborative environment, but is also comfortable working autonomously.

Responsibilities Include:
· Establish operational workflows and partner programs to enable international expansion
· Develop and deploy customer data and dashboards to enable strategy and decision-making
· Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational and project reporting to track progress, manage escalations, and continuously drive the organization towards our goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Supply Chain Experience
· Experience using Tableau and Excel
· Ability to translate business problems into analytical tasks and communicate results back to a business audience
· Ability to dive into data and identify useful patterns to solve problems
· Previous experience of full lifecycle project management
· Fluent in English and German

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience and understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills, to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
· A passion for film and television
· Experience with SQL authoring and data manipulation
· Ability to understand product and technical requirements and interface with Product/Technology teams
