We are looking for an entrepreneurial, creative and passionate Communications Program Manager. The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator, with strategic communications and program management skills and experience and excellent writing ability. This role requires an individual who can demonstrate a passion for consumers, a willingness to move fast, experiment often and analyse data to evaluate success.

You will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to define and align on change management communication, creating communication strategies, working on product and process improvements and managing stakeholders across the organisation. You will drive and prioritise projects, set stakeholders’ expectations and analyse process feedback to continuously improve. The primary job responsibilities will include:
· Developing the messaging for weekly/monthly/quarterly communications to all stakeholders in various formats, bringing the right information and insights into each communication initiative
· Developing and facilitating various communication formats
· Driving solutions and best-in-class outcomes across multiple teams and various levels
· Ensuring operational excellence, implementation of feedback mechanisms and driving forward program improvements
· Establish close working relationships with teams to maintain two-way, open communication and dialogue
· Provide business requirements and continuous improvement ideas to product and tech teams, to enhance our communications tools

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· A bachelor's degree (or comparable) in a related field
· Significant work experience in internal communication and program management in a fast-moving environment
· Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English language
· Track record of successfully delivering projects on time, to scope, with high quality
· Experience communicating with stakeholders across multiple business units and senior management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience with program management methodologies
· Experience creating and/or improving operational processes across teams/stakeholders
· Strong analytical skills including the ability to distill, synthesise, and draw conclusions on large amounts of data
