The opportunity
Adobe Sign is one of our fastest-growing businesses, and we are looking for a Program Manager to be our BDR Center of Excellence. The candidate must be passionate about building sales pipeline through messaging development and enablement. This role is key to align sales and marketing in effective Outreach.io email cadences, value-based messaging, and sales enablement content that will help Business Development Reps (BDR) get to quota faster.
Your work will have a direct, measurable impact, and you’ll help report on progress and the state of the business to senior leadership! Partner closely with Marketing, BDR leadership, sellers, sales operations, and others to identify and coordinate priorities and lead projects to completion. You’ll listen to BDR feedback and always be looking for ways to continue improving the GTM tools we provide our BDRs with.
