Job Description: COE Program Manager, Adobe Sign

The opportunity

Adobe Sign is one of our fastest-growing businesses, and we are looking for a Program Manager to be our BDR Center of Excellence. The candidate must be passionate about building sales pipeline through messaging development and enablement. This role is key to align sales and marketing in effective Outreach.io email cadences, value-based messaging, and sales enablement content that will help Business Development Reps (BDR) get to quota faster.

Your work will have a direct, measurable impact, and you’ll help report on progress and the state of the business to senior leadership! Partner closely with Marketing, BDR leadership, sellers, sales operations, and others to identify and coordinate priorities and lead projects to completion. You’ll listen to BDR feedback and always be looking for ways to continue improving the GTM tools we provide our BDRs with.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, demand gen, sales ops, and other internal teams to strategize and execute on sales plays, use cases, and campaigns.
  • Responsible for creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting BDR Workflow Processes in Outreach. This includes owning triggers, field updates, and SFDC-Outreach Plugin mappings.
  • Work with Sales Enablement to train business development teams on how to best utilize our sales tools and messaging for strong prospecting strategies.
  • Optimize our go-to-market strategy with a focus on onboarding, product, process, strategic content, and sales tools/technology in a measurable and repeatable way.
  • Decrease Time to First MQO, SQO by building processes that decrease the time it takes for new BDRs to be productive and acquire their first MQO/SQO.
  • Work with fellow COE members to ensure all new or updated BDR initiatives/campaigns have aligned Outreach content and processes.
  • Ensure consistency of process, use of technology, and BDR tools across Adobe Sign teams and regions

What you need to succeed

  • 2+ years on a sales or marketing team at a B2B SaaS company
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field encouraged
  • Former sales or business development representative or managers encouraged
  • Experience with sales engagement and prospecting tools
  • Strong understanding of Business-to-Business customer buying cycles and how to penetrate organizations
  • Strong team orientation and ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to innovate within a growing business unit
