The Apple TV+ IS&T team owns the technology strategy, delivery, and sustainment of IT systems used to enable Apple TV+ Studio and Production operations. We ensure technology and business strategy remain tightly aligned through multi-functional partnership, knowledge of industry trends, and familiarity with the Apple corporate systems landscape. We work closely with leadership, business partners, engineers, vendors, information security, and others to deliver a technology ecosystem that meets the demands of a high growth organization.
We are looking for a Production Technology Support Operations Engineer to join our team. We support various Apple products and services from hardware to software as well as any niche equipment required for the content creation process. We work in a very fast-paced and highly demanding technical support environment. If you have a strong dedication to customer success, team success and a passion for making the production process easier though technology this position is for you.
Key Qualifications
Experience providing support for Macs, iOS, iPadOS and other computing devices
Experience support printers, scanners and other peripherals
Experience providing support to individuals remotely as well as onsite
Experience with storage systems such as Quantum, Isilon, Nexus
Experience using help desk software to manage and prioritize tasks
Baseline knowledge of networking
Strong technical troubleshooting skills
Outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills
Effectively coordinates work and communication across disparate groups of individuals
Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple opposing priorities’
Excellent client services skills and email etiquette
Passion for the crafting an outstanding customer experience
Description
Provide support for internally deployed software.
Provide remote and onsite support as needed for production team.
Provide Support for computers, printers and other technology devices deployed to production. Prioritize and coordinate requests using help desk software.
Diagnose and solve issues related to network connectivity.
Diagnose and solve issues related to storage systems.
Build an outstanding customer service experience.
Maintain close relationships with the Apple TV+ production and other IS&T department within Apple.
Develop and maintain a solid understanding of trends and standard methodologies within Apple
