A fantastic opportunity has arisen towork as a semi-skilled/skilled Production Operative for our Client on anexciting new project.
Working primarily within the factory environmentthe position is a full time, temporary role which may lead to a permanentposition for the right candidate.
The shifts are Monday to Friday, 6.00am to 3.00pm,3.00pm to 11.00pm and 11.00pm to 6.00am.
The production team is vital to the business, noteverything can be done by machinery and that\'s where you come in!
As the business key selling point is handcraftedproducts it is essential that they have hard working committed people workingwithin the team.
The typical day of a factory operative involvesworking as part of a team to all achieve a common goal working closely with theHead of Production and Quality Control to achieve the best you can and supplythe customer with what the standard of product they require. Tasks can varywithin the business such as in feeding and topping a product, feeding theproduct through a flow wrapper and disposing of waste all using a clean as yougo process.
The role is an entry-level position within thebusiness and you do not require any experience as full training will beprovided. If you have food safety experience that would be an advantage,however not essential.
Our client manufactures an extremely high specproduct and going forward is looking for the right person to step up into theProduction Managers position when he is visiting other sites.
