Position Overview: Lead and manage  the BIB production department at the Lehigh valley plant.  Manage 4 production lines with 24/5 coverage.  4 direct reports and 50+ hourly employees.  manage scheduling and raw material inventories.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee safety
  • BIB quality standards and credits per $10K
  • Service metrics to Fountain supply group and customers
  • Deliver the ABP and manage $/case metrics
  • Manage 3 shift operation, scheduling materials and quality standards
  • Develop training and development guidelines

Education Requirements: 

BS in Business related degree  or Engineering

Related Work Experience: 

5 plus years of manufacturing experience leading teams.

Functional Skills:
