What you’ll do

• Lead and manage, our production unit to deliver products against defined performance measures, as per planning and quality requirements.
• Responsible for deploying and executing manufacturing standards in production unit
• Supervises, selects, develops, coaches, and evaluates managing personnel to ensure efficient manufacturing.
• Supports implementation & continuous improvement.
• Leads the production unit, related processes, and staff in the execution of world class operational performance.

Your qualifications

• Bachelors degree on, mechanicals, or industrial engineer , preferred but not limited.
• experienced on lead and manage a large organization
• Continous improvement background
