Baker Hughes Process & Pipeline Services (PPS) supports the full lifecycle of customers\' asset from pre-commissioning to decommissioning. We help to reduce future corrosion, improve efficiency and maximize throughput. Our engineered solutions for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance shutdowns include specialized services for the oil and gas, power generation, metals and mining, and other process industries.

Partner with the best

Responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Contributes to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the organization.

As a Production Controls Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate resources to achieve goals with a timely and cost-effective strategy · Lead and assist in daily operations ;Develop, coordinate, lead, and execute daily production plans and coordinate consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition · Develop and implement process controls · Support operations leader in the strategic planning of manpower, equipment, and other resources
  • Works together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.
  • Handles simple project processes. There are detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge. A framework of conditions is set.
  • Handles targeted clients. Contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
