The Humboldt Tennessee Plant has an immediate opening for a candidate wanting to advance.  The starting rate for this position is $16.03 per hour with additional shift adder when applicable.

Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following

• Placing containers on the production line
• Operation of the depalletizer
• Veggie or Fruit Prep
• Reman
• Sugar Cutter
• Rework
• Nut Dumper
• Drum prep
• Participates in Lean Manufacturing activities (5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Sanitation tasks)

Position Qualifications

• Must have earned a High School diploma or proof of GED
• Must successfully pass a drug screen
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position which may include weekends
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and the safety regulations
• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.  These include:
  • Constant Standing, walking, lifting
  • Frequent Bending, Stooping, Squatting, Pushing, Pulling
  • Occasional Ladder climbing
  • Periodic lifting of up to 80 lbs
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely
• Must understand and adhere to the “Good Manufacturing Procedures”
• Must become proficient in semi-skilled tasks and meet the company performance standards
