~ Age 20-30, male or female

~ Basic salary of LKR 20,000/- as an initiative and will gain increments and allowances once products are introduced to the market

~ Enthusiasm regarding innovations and new productions

~ Be proactive

~ One year experience in a similar field will be advantageous
