As a FI Clearing Product Utilization Manager, you are responsible for winning client agreement to deploy and use digital tools and efficient workflows. Consult with clients and internal product managers to understand the products and configuration that optimize the broker-dealers’ experience on the Fidelity platform.
The Team
Fidelity Institutional Client Experience Division (CE) provides superior customer service to Fidelity's Clearing correspondent broker-dealer clients through innovation, dedication, and commitment to excellence. The PUM ensures these broker-dealer clients operate efficiently on the platform by deploying & utilizing efficient tools & workflow.
The Expertise You Have
· 3+ years Technology Deployment, Brokerage Operations and/or Service experience
· Client facing experience highly preferred
· Project management experience preferred
· Consultative sales experience preferred
· Consulting experience a plus
· Relevant Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Responsible for regular, internal reporting on tool usage & opportunity
· Ensures external & internal product feedback is effectively communicated to Technology, Product & senior leaders.
· Assist with product pilots
· Create a tool adoption handbook to help Client Managers drive adoption
· Identify resource needs & contribute to development, e.g., assist with developing a product-specific handbook or training.
