The Manager, Product Strategy is responsible for driving forward the strategy for a discrete product line. Responsibilities include long-term product strategy development, product performance analysis, market / customer evaluation, and business case creation.
Responsibilities
Own the development and refreshing of the product line strategy and roadmap, leveraging market, client, and customer assessments, competitive analyses, industry trends, and business case evaluation
Maintain current competitive intelligence documentation to assist with MDLIVE positioning and differentiation, translating insights into implications on product strategy and long-term roadmap
Manage client and stakeholder relationships, playing an active role in frequent touchpoints in the development process
Lead content creation for key client and stakeholder meetings
Collaborate closely with members of the Product team to ensure MDLive products deliver a solution that drives value for clients and customers, and meets core KPIs / business requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
3 to 5 years of experience in a strategic and/or analytical role, such as management consulting, corporate strategy/product strategy, or finance
Experience managing client relationships or senior/matrixed stakeholders required
Healthcare industry knowledge a plus
Structured thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent ability to create logic-driven, data-backed recommendations with an eye towards pithiness
Excellent written and oral communication skills
PowerPoint mastery
Ability to jump into a new industries and environments, and quickly understand them
Attention to detail
Deadline-driven to always deliver analyses, insights, and results on-time
Intellectual curiosity, relentless push for underlying insights and "why" to complex questions
Proven ability to collaborate effectively and manage complex projects
Positive attitude and proven team player
This role is Flex/WFH which allows most work to be performed at home or on occasion at a Cigna office location. Employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 if they choose to come onsite.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $68,900 - $114,800, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
