As a product strategist at Level20, you’ll be responsible for driving the design, development and commercialization of new product features, leveraging an iterative product design process focused on speed-to-learning. You'll be part of a team bringing a new business to market, building and refining the product to achieve product-market fit. In addition, you will wear many hats, and embrace a fast-acting, cross-disciplinary approach to work. Location: Cleveland, Ohio. Due to COVID-19, this is temporarily a work from home position. 

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience defining and creating user insight driven digital products or services

Preferred skills

  • Experience in a Product Owner (or similar) role, bringing new digital-first products to market, while demonstrating expertise in the product development lifecycle in collaboration with software developers
  • Previous work experience in both start-up and corporate environments
  • Product owner/scrum process experience with ability to identify user needs and interests, and translate them into product positioning, feature requirements, and a prioritized roadmap through an iterative process
  • Experience working with Agile development teams and leading highly cross-functional groups, demonstrating mastery of planning and prioritization during a fast-paced development cycle
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use data and tools to make business decisions and measure outcomes

Compensation

  • $65,000 - $104,900/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
