Description and Requirements

BMC is hiring a Product Operations Specialist for our Digital Service Operations Management business.  You will be part of a fast-paced organization that is on an exciting growth journey.  This position is part of the Product Operations organization reporting into Business Operations.

What you get to do every day:

•Partner with Product Management, Development, Finance, R&D, and other departments to ensure product enablement success and product lifecycle

•Manage and track product changes 

•Provide support services to back office and field on product issues

•Review and verification of product information for business application 

•Ensure compliance with SOX standards- Document processes/services for internal and external organizations

•Implement standards to ensure product data quality

•Prepare communications and reports for internal/external use

•Help structure, track, and manage product beta programs while engaging directly with customers and Product Managers

Required Background:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field

•Experience in software industry, product operations and/or project management 

•Solid knowledge of MS Office

•Salesforce, Oracle experience preferred

•Ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams from Engineering to Legal/Compliance, Finance, Product Management, and Client Success

•Good project management skills and ability to deliver on deadlines
